A particularly inspiring aspect is how our institution becomes a unifying ground. Young people who may have felt directionless, coming from diverse regions and various walks of life, find a common purpose here. They learn to collaborate, share ideas, and build a supportive network. Consequently, upon graduation, they do not simply disperse. Instead, they return to their hometowns and local communities empowered, ready to assume leadership roles and shoulder responsibilities. They become agents of positive change, applying the values of service and cooperation they honed in school to address local challenges and contribute to national development. This cycle of learning, unifying, and returning to serve is the school’s most significant impact.

As an English Instructor at Seh Theh College, I am proud to be part of this academic community that is dedicated to nurturing future leaders. Seh Theh College is a place where students are encouraged to dream big, think critically, and develop both academic and life skills. Our learners are eager to explore new ideas and brave in facing challenges. Their enthusiasm and determination inspire me every day to guide them toward a brighter future.

I am someone who had to suspend my education due to political changes in the country. Now I am continuing my education at a college in an Internally Displaced Person (IDP) camp area. This college is really good for me. Since the current era is the Age of AI, it is essential to understand technology, and this school teaches technology-related subjects. However, because the Internet connection is poor, I am not getting the effective instruction I need. That’s why I have to watch the recorded videos from the online classes. I can only learn what I see and hear from those videos. In this area, it is very difficult to get a good Internet connection. If the Internet connection were better, I could learn more and gain a lot more knowledge.

As a student who is pursuing an associate degree in Education at Seh Theh College, I have had difficulties attending online classes and trying to find lesson resources on the Internet. However, instead of relying only on learning through the Internet, teachers and students are moving forward with our learning journey by sharing our ideas related to the content and personal experiences with each other. This enhances the students’ thinking and speaking skills and creates a better learning environment for both teachers and students. It also helps us think critically by using our own opinions.
