The Associate of Art in Education is a comprehensive program designed to build a strong foundation for our community’s future educators and leaders. It is designed to provide the learners with the essential academic knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively serve our people. This program uniquely blends essential academic knowledge with practical, hands-on experience, preparing you to face the challenges of our time and to nurture the next generation with wisdom, resilience, and a deep understanding of our cultural heritage.

Communities We Serve

Seh Theh College serves youth from across Karenni and Southern Shan State in Myanmar. We welcome students from diverse backgrounds, including refugees and IDPs who face significant barriers to higher education. Our associate degree programs in Education and Community Development emphasize hands-on learning, preparing students to address real challenges in their home areas. By combining rigorous academics and practical skills training, we develop graduates who are ready to lead social change, NGOs, and community-based organizations. In a region marked by instability, we create pathways for young people to build stronger, more resilient communities and drive lasting positive change.
