Soft-Skills Training

As Seh Theh College students approach graduation, they face new challenges — from entering the workforce to contributing effectively to their communities. Academic knowledge alone is not enough; students also need soft skills to communicate, collaborate, and adapt confidently.

The Soft-Skill Short Training program provides intensive workshops for third-year students focusing on:

  • Job readiness: communication, teamwork, time management, interview preparation

  • Personal development: leadership, goal-setting, self-awareness

  • Social and emotional well-being: empathy, stress management, and positive mindset

Your support helps us provide trainers, materials, and facilities for these essential trainings. Together, we can help our students graduate not only with knowledge but also with confidence, emotional intelligence, and employability skills.

How You Can Help:

  • Sponsor training sessions or specific topics

  • Contribute funds for workshop materials and refreshments

  • Volunteer as a soft-skills trainer or mentor
